I have two children who are now part time work and would like the experience with you. Both work as waiters at two Boston restaurants BBQ & Spur One let them sign a contract that says you only get 2.5% commission on your sales, ie R25 for every R1000 sales. So the child drive it every day to work and back and the restaurant clean at his own expense. They get 21 people to serve, and the commission is little better, but if you are happy to work. The restaurants know that the kids want to work, and spoil the children. It is really shame you wee. I worked part-time in a supermarket of 16 that I was using to a year before I got married. The money was little more but I have truly enjoyed my work. I wonder if people who regularly visit restaurants, and so find fault with everything and then not tip the waiter not realize what really happened. 99% is not the waiter's fault, but the kitchen or the management's fault!
