One of the most traditional desserts, which I remember from childhood, a cheese pie with berry jelly. We made it at home and was able to get at school. Homemade pudding, of course, was a hundred times more delicious and it was more of raisins! If you want to prepare a simple and nostalgic memories evocative dessert - please curd pudding recipe!
Ingredients (updated and improved recipe): 900 g cottage cheese 4 tablespoons semolina 1 tsp. baking powder 3 eggs, whisked easy 80 g of sugar (can be less or more to taste) 1 tsp. vanilla sugar handful of raisins
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 190C. Mash the cottage cheese in larger pieces with a spoon. Add whipped eggs, add sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and semolina. Stir or lightly cordoned sablendē (main with blenders nepārcensties because it may lose the quark structure!). At the end of the raisins and stir thoroughly. The resulting quark mass makes cepamtraukā - I took the square pan (20 cm each side). Place in oven and bake until the surface of the curd becomes a beautiful golden brown!
