So I had a great interest to see what the feeling and the experience gained by the place where runs Latvian among the best-ranked cooks with virspavāru Raymond Zommers bow. Went to a 'lime gate' (KV) full 'nestundā' - lunch time was completed, but dinner time had not yet begun. Especially from the enjoyed recommend beef salad (starters) and suckling pig cheeks (the second). Yes, and yet - the dried fruit soup was DIE-VI-GA! For one thing - I had heard (Latvians characteristic) comment about portion sizes at this restaurant - I think that it's all in order. This is the place where the food is enjoyed by the eyes and the stomach. As my dinner companion said: "Probably my best meal During the last 5 years!" This is how it will stay.
