1. Mr. Speaker, I beg to move that from the information presented today in esteemed and Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Lands, Natural Resources and Environment iliyochambua culinary schools in florida budget of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism, your Parliament now receiving it and consider the Implementation of the Year 2011/12 and Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism and its institutions in 2012/13. James David Lembeli (MP) for analyzing the Implementation Report for 2011/12 Budget Plan, my ministry in 2012/13. Advice have been taken in this budget.
2. Mr. Speaker, I thank the Hon. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, President of the United Republic of Tanzania to appoint me and giving me the opportunity to lead this ministry responsible for managing natural resources culinary schools in florida and Walikale territories and develop tourism. Namhakikishia I will strive to the best of my ability to collaborate with all stakeholders culinary schools in florida to ensure that the resources of this country are protected and benefit all its citizens.

Mr. Speaker, my speech is based on four main areas as follows: - First, I will describe the implementation culinary schools in florida of the CCM Election Manifesto of the Year 2010-2015; The second is the implementation of the promises I made in the budget session of the year 2011/12 as well as various orders made by Parliament and Heads of Government; The third area is the challenge culinary schools in florida facing my ministry in carrying out its responsibilities with existing strategies; and the fourth part is the Programme of Action and the Ministry Goals for 2012/13.
5. Mr. Speaker, the Manifesto of the Revolutionary Party in 2010-2015 have directed the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism to implement the following: - empower communities surrounding protected areas benefit from wildlife and forest resources; improve the residential environment ministers who live in difficult circumstances; put the participatory process of planting and harvesting of trees and fire control; improve infrastructure in Game Reserves, Wildlife Conservation and Forestry; and promote conservation efforts in national parks, forests, sea beaches and lakes.
In addition, the Ministry required to increase the pressure in the following areas: - developing beekeeping to produce honey and wax commercial; promote awareness and campaigning to convince Tanzanians to build a culture of visiting tourist attractions; and expanding form of tourism to promote tourism with include culture, environment and museums.
6. Mr. Speaker, in implementing the Notice, the Department continues to encourage the public to participate in the conservation and sustainable use of wildlife resources. In addition, it has enabled the establishment and continued for 38 sites of Social Security Community (WMAs) and renovated 12 stadiums and airports present in the park. 7.
