There was a time, I got 3 bottles of white Bordeaux to taste and then give an opinion. I never had the time to organize les roches marbella a cocktail for the occasion and finally I found the time to do so. It was suggested to me a meeting with friends and in fact I preferred to do as a family.
We organized this tasting with our children (Christmas 32, 28, and Patricia Vanessa 25 years), their spouses and my beautiful sister, so we were sufficiently numerous to noon Sunday. I prepared toast with foie gras, glasses of all kinds, skewers smoked les roches marbella duck and melon balls, laminated smoked salmon, mini carpaccio with basil, ... in short, a true family appetizer buffet lunch. We started with Château Tour de Mirambeau has been very successful and has all pleasantly surprised us because we drink mainly red Bordeaux and I would even say that we had an a priori on the white Bordeaux.
